What you'll do
Lead, coach and develop a team of field sales representatives, setting the: standard through hands-on involvement in the field
Join client meetings and support the sales process directly, staying close to the team's day to day work
Own the team's sales targets, performance and overall results
Spot new business opportunities and shape the local sales strategy based on market insight
Build out the team by partnering with recruitment and sales coaching to onboard and ramp up new hires
