The opportunity

Shift- Sunday to Wednesday 7:00pm to 5:30am

What you'll do

  • Provide employee training and instructions to provide advice on how to: perform their task (FSQA checks, inspections, documentation, expectations, training)

  • Develop, motivate, engage, coach, and inspire a team of hourly FSQA: technicians, creating a positive team dynamic that encourages all employees to provide feedback and drive change from within. Provide all employees with the necessary tools, proper training, and corrective direction while evaluating team productivity and accomplishments.

  • Maintain accurate documentation regarding GMPs, HACCP, Holds, Calibration,: standard operating procedures (SOP’s) and any other FSQA requirements.

  • Initiates RCA investigations, executes pending preventive and corrective: action requests (CAPA), including nonconformities from holds, internal and external audits.

  • Report food safety and quality problems to personnel with authority to initiate action.

  • Use structured problem solving and sound process design skills to improve: operations as it relates to the product safety
