What they're looking for
- + years of experience in software engineering, forward deployed engineering,: customer engineering, solutions engineering, implementation engineering, or a similar technical customer-facing role
- Strong coding and systems-thinking skills, with the ability to move from whiteboard to production
- Strong understanding of product development and engineering workflows, and: familiarity with the systems those teams use to plan, build, ship, and debug software
- Experience building or integrating software across APIs, event flows, data: models, permissions, automation, or agent-based workflows
