The opportunity
You’ll be LangChain’s first Emerging Talent Recruiter, and you’ll build our intern and new grad program from scratch. Many of the best early-career engineers already build on LangChain and LangGraph.
What you'll do
Stand up and scale intern and new grad hiring, starting with engineering.
Build partnerships with universities, career centers, student groups, and hackathons.
Own full-cycle recruiting for interns and new grads, grow into supporting: full cycle recruiting for other technical teams
Work with leaders to forecast hiring needs and tie each cohort to company priorities.
Set up the processes, tools, and metrics we’ll use to track and improve the program.
Support with talent brand and marketing initiatives.
