What you'll do
Perform general maintenance and repairs across a variety of basic trades,: including painting, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, electrical, and HVAC.
Repair, replace, and maintain building fixtures and components, including: sinks, toilets, lighting fixtures, switches, doors, locks, windows, flooring, and other structural elements.
Patch, repair, and paint walls and other surfaces as needed.
Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs on equipment, machinery, and HVAC systems.
Assist with Real Property Inventory activities and maintain accurate: information on assigned facilities, equipment, and assets.
Identify maintenance needs and complete work in a timely manner while: maintaining quality and attention to detail.

- Follow company policies, procedures, safety requirements, and applicable government regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned in support of base operations and mission requirements.
- High school diploma or equivalent, with 1–2 years of related maintenance,: facilities, or skilled trades experience.
- Basic knowledge of general building maintenance, repair, and facility systems.
