What you'll do
Support the Program Manager in the overall administration, management, and execution of contract requirements.
Assist in planning, coordinating, tracking, and monitoring project: activities, milestones, schedules, and deliverables.
Support the development, maintenance, and analysis of integrated project schedules utilizing Primavera P6.
Monitor project performance, schedule status, action items, risks, and critical path activities.
Coordinate project execution across multiple sites, vendors, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
Assist with project controls, cost management, budget tracking, and financial reporting activities.
What they're looking for
- Review and track vendor invoices, government invoices, Schedule of Values (SOV), and project expenditures.
- Support subcontractor and vendor management activities, including procurement: coordination, deliverable tracking, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
- Utilize Maximo and other project management systems to monitor work orders,: project activities, asset information, and maintenance requirements.
- Maintain project documentation including meeting minutes, action item logs,: requests for information (RFIs), submittals, design review packages, and closeout documentation.
