What you'll do
Manage Enterprise Security Education: Design, build, and own a comprehensive, company-wide security education curriculum. Create engaging training content, e-learning modules, and guides on a wide range of subjects—including crisis management, physical security, travel safety, and other corporate security topics—for the entire Anduril employee population.
Design and Facilitate Crisis Exercises: Manage the end-to-end design, development, and facilitation of a multi-tiered crisis exercise program. This includes running small-scale topical drills and large-scale, immersive tabletop exercises for specialized audiences, including Emergency Response Teams, the Crisis Management Team, and Senior Leadership.
Drive Strategic Training Programs: Own the security training lifecycle, from needs analysis and curriculum development to delivery and evaluation. Develop a strategic roadmap for security training that addresses key risks and ensures all programs align with our Security Operations framework and enterprise objectives.
Partner Cross-Functionally: Collaborate with key stakeholders including Facilities, EHS, Legal, HR, and other departments to ensure training content and exercise scenarios are relevant, realistic, and fully integrated with departmental plans and organizational goals.
Champion Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing training effectiveness and exercise outcomes, authoring After Action Reports (AARs), and translating lessons learned into actionable updates for our plans, procedures, and training programs.
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert: Act as a key advisor on security education, training methodologies, and exercise best practices. Provide subject matter expertise during real-world incident responses to support team readiness and effective decision-making.
What they're looking for
- Deep experience with adult learning theories and instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE).
- Experience in a high-growth technology or defense-industrial-base company.
- Proficiency with e-learning authoring platforms, crisis management software, and exercise simulation tools.
- Professional certifications such as Certified Professional in Learning and: Performance (CPLP) or Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSEEP).
