• Manage your own project workflow: track incoming requests, meet deadlines, and communicate progress clearly.
• Work closely with the Licensing, Account Management, and Product Development: teams to ensure design output aligns with both commercial and IP requirements.
• Conduct ongoing research into fashion and lifestyle trends to inform design: concepts and keep collections feeling current.
• –3 years of professional graphic design and/or commercial illustration: experience, ideally in-house within a licensing, merchandising, or consumer products environment.
