What you'll do

  • Own the Compliance Agent Experience product area end-to-end, from vision and: strategy through execution, covering AML/TMS, KYC, EDD, and Sanctions/Screening investigation surfaces.

  • Drive a multi-year roadmap for AI-assisted, human-in-the-loop investigation: workflows that measurably reduce cycle time, improve decision quality, and increase automation adoption.

  • Lead build-vs-buy and vendor strategy for investigation enablement (OSINT,: case enrichment, LLM tooling), including evaluations and RFPs in partnership with Compliance, Legal, Security, and Procurement.

  • Partner with Engineering, Data Science/ML, Compliance Program owners, and CX: Operations to deliver integrated tooling that reduces context-switching and improves end-to-end investigation throughput.

  • Establish success metrics and instrumentation for Compliance tooling: (investigation cycle time, AHT, escalation rates, QA outcomes, false positive reduction, automation adoption) and report progress to executive stakeholders through regular business reviews.

  • Shape security, privacy, and auditability requirements, including access: controls, data retention, audit trails, and model governance, ensuring regulatory readiness without compromising investigator usability.

What they're looking for

  • + years of product management experience, including 5+ years leading and: developing PM teams, with a track record of shipping internal tooling or operational platforms at global scale.
  • Demonstrated experience building AI/ML-powered automation or workflow: products (e.g., LLM-based assistants, human-in-the-loop decisioning, intelligent case routing) in compliance, fintech, or similarly regulated domains.
  • Deep familiarity with AML, transaction monitoring, investigations, sanctions: screening, or KYC/EDD operations, including auditability and regulator-facing requirements.
  • Proven ability to define measurable outcomes (throughput, quality, automation: rates), instrument product surfaces, and use data to drive roadmap prioritization across a multi-team portfolio.
