The opportunity
WorkOS has a strong bottom-up, developer-focused GTM motion. Our growth team sits at the center of it, running the campaigns, events, and demand programs that put WorkOS in front of technical buyers.
What you'll do
Events and Field Marketing: Support with logistics and execution of our developer events, conferences, and dinners, including venue and vendor coordination, invite and registration flows, on-site support, and follow-up.
Project Management: Own timelines for creative assets and copy for growth programs (e.g. newsletter sponsorships), keeping designers and campaigns on schedule so deliverables are ready and submitted on time.
Copy and Content: drafting variations of email copy, social posts, invites, and event materials, keeping it clear and on-brand for a technical audience
Reporting: Track performance across programs and report on what worked,: surfacing what we should do more or less of.
Measurement & Tracking: A clean tracking foundation across UTMs and campaigns so we can confidently measure performance.
Cross-functional Partnership: Work with sales on event follow-up and pipeline handoff, and with design and product on assets and messaging.

- Tooling: Comfortable in a modern marketing stack, including marketing: automation or email tooling, a CMS, and analytics.
