The opportunity
The GTM Strategy & Operations Senior Associate – Marketing will join a global team driving Datadog’s next phase of growth, with a dedicated focus on our Marketing organization.
What you'll do
Strategic roadmap and budget development: Own strategic initiatives that define how Marketing scales as Datadog grows globally, from annual planning and investment strategy to operational improvements and new capabilities
Partnership with Marketing & GTM leadership: Present recommendations and business cases to executive leadership, influencing company-wide decisions on Marketing investments and priorities.Marketing AI roadmap & execution: Inform how we should leverage AI to optimize our Marketing motion, work with marketing org to test and scale new pilots Marketing analysis and reporting: Analyze complex marketing and GTM data to uncover trends and performance gaps and inform decision-making on budget, HC, channel and regional allocation
Data visualization and insights: Partner with our Data & Analytics team to optimize dashboards and reporting to deliver actionable insights and monitor the impact of deployed initiatives.
Experience: 4–6 years in GTM/growth/revenue strategy, management consulting,: investment banking/equity research, or a similar role (experience working with Marketing or Sales teams is a plus)
Passion for Marketing: You are excited by modern B2B marketing and curious about how demand generation, product marketing, digital, events, lifecycle, and brand come together to drive growth. You enjoy understanding how marketing organizations operate and identifying ways to improve their effectiveness.
Excitement for AI: You actively experiment with AI tools in your daily work and are excited about identifying opportunities to transform business processes through AI. You enjoy rapidly testing new technologies and turning promising ideas into scalable workflows.
