What you'll do

• Own all aspects of business line business operations and infrastructure,: ensuring business development, engineering, and production teams have what they need when they need it to execute

• Serve as the business line General Manager’s chief strategist to balance: resource and execution risk against our massive growth plans, regularly monitoring financials to help guide us toward our profitability targets

• Translate growth signals into demand across all operational infrastructure: including staffing, real estate, test ranges, classified infrastructure, and production and collaborate with cross-functional partners across Anduril to deliver

• Own the business line’s governance structure from business reviews to annual: planning and employee onboarding to all hands, developing and evolving information pathways as the organization scales

• Collaborate closely with division leadership to evolve the organizational: structure and define and implement strong hiring, onboarding, and execution standards for key functions so we maintain a culture of “doing things differently”

• Execute on special projects, evolve internal processes, spearhead the stand: up of new functions, and lead M&A efforts as needed
