What you'll do
Strategic Transformation & Evolution
Drive the evolution of the Asia region’s operating model, establishing a: resilient, scalable framework that supports long-term growth.
Collaborate with senior leadership and regional stakeholders to shape: strategic priorities, ensuring alignment with the overarching vision for the company’s “next chapter.”
Continually assess market trends, emerging technologies, and best practices: to adapt and refine the region’s structure, processes, and capabilities.
Financial Management & Analysis
Conduct financial analyses (e.g., cost-benefit, ROI) to validate project feasibility and return on investment.
What they're looking for
- Partner with Finance teams to identify revenue-generating and cost-saving: opportunities and enable data-driven decisions for regional stakeholders.
- Operational Excellence
- Lead initiatives to optimize workflows, standardize processes, and improve: and standardize overall operational effectiveness across Asia.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and service-level agreements: (SLAs) to measure the success of transformed processes and evolving operations.
