- + years of experience in a Talent Acquisition function, with 5+ years of: management experience, leading Technical recruiting teams and partnering with R&D leaders.
- Demonstrated passion and ability for leading, motivating, and coaching recruiting teams.
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and a collaborative team-player mindset.
