What you'll do
Own people programs and strategies for your client group, including: performance management, compensation, talent development, engagement, and retention
Partner with functional leaders on org design, workforce planning, and people: strategies that support business objectives at scale
Lead coaching and counsel for leaders on professional development, career: pathing, leveling, change management, and sensitive people situations
Drive data-informed people insights by analyzing trends and translating them: into actionable recommendations for leadership
Build and apply HR policies with an eye toward compliance and risk reduction,: managing employee relations issues across global teams
Strengthen cross-functional partnerships across People Team COEs to ensure: cohesive delivery of people programs
What they're looking for
- + years in Talent Management, Organizational Effectiveness, Recruiting: Leadership, Talent Strategy & Operations, Consulting, Chief of Staff, or HR, with direct experience advising senior leaders on org and people strategy
- Proven track record navigating complex stakeholder situations with sound: judgment, including performance issues, restructures, and sensitive employee matters
- Experience using people data (engagement surveys, attrition metrics,: performance trends) to build recommendations and influence leadership decisions
- Track record of designing and executing people programs end-to-end (e.g.,: performance cycles, talent reviews, org redesigns) with measurable business outcomes
