The opportunity

What you'll do
Counsel a small client group (150-200 employees)
Partner with HRBPs and coordinators to identify department needs, recommend: changes, and implement improvements
Partner with broader HR team in the creation of, documentation, and: implementation of human resources policies, programs, and processes
Respond to day-to-day employee inquiries, questions and complaints
Facilitate internal transfers, oversee and facilitate promotion: opportunities, conduct exit interviews, and identify trends to support retention, career development, and to minimize risk for the business
Provide operational guidance, information, and direction on low-risk employee: relations issues, performance management, and other core HR functions
What they're looking for
- Counsel and assist employees and managers, guided by the Company’s policies and relevant laws/regulations
- Work with front-line managers and above to implement key HR recommendations and change efforts
- Develop and co-lead HR projects with broader HR team
- Train new HR team members in SpaceX’s systems, processes, and policies
