What you'll do

• Serves as HR Point of Contact for exempt and nonexempt employees in their location or region.

• Responsible for aligning business objectives with HR solutions in the client groups they support.

• Providing guidance and input on warehouse business strategy.

• Form effective relationships with area warehouse leadership, department heads, managers, and team members.

• Resolving Employee Relations issues and providing HR guidance to employees and leaders.

• Mentor and coach FC/Distribution leadership.

What they're looking for

• Analyze trends and KPIs in partnership with the HR Ops group to develop: solutions, programs, and opportunities for FC efficiency
• Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
• Work closely with warehouse leadership to improve team member work: relationships, increase morale, productivity and retention
• Leads professional development sessions for team members and people leaders: within their regional line of business assigned.
