The opportunity
We are looking for a highly motivated and resourceful Senior Specialist, Affiliate & Influencers to join our team and lead our expansion in the Spanish market.
What you'll do
Primary focus will be defining, optimizing and executing our Affiliate and: Influencer marketing strategy, ensuring total alignment with our business goals and local market nuances.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the Spanish Affiliate and Influencer: network, including pipeline building, relationship management, negotiation, and performance optimization.
Conduct data-driven research and analysis to support decision-making and: provide the insights needed to scale channel performance. This includes deep dive analysis on acquisition rates, costs, profitability, product penetration and long term retention,
Own the reporting of channel performance, key insights, and strategic plans: during weekly and monthly growth steering meetings.
Help define and improve marketing processes related to partnership tracking,: attribution, and payout/budgeting for the Spanish market.
Ensure content compliance and internal rules and controls processing.

- Develop and manage co-marketing campaigns with strategic business partners to: expand reach and acquire new audiences.
- Plan and coordinate offline growth initiatives, including traditional media: placements, displays, and event activations.
- Lead social media collaborations with key partners to increase brand visibility and engagement.
