What you'll do
Manage and triage the Information Security ticket queue, providing timely and: effective technical support to SpaceX employees and stakeholders.
Perform operational tasks required to keep security platforms and services reliable and available.
Develop scripts and lightweight automation to streamline common technical support and operational processes.
Document procedures, run books, and troubleshooting guides to improve team efficiency.
Collaborate with Security Engineers to investigate issues, implement: improvements, and contribute to larger security projects.
Support and maintain security services and tools, including hardware security: keys (YubiKeys), SSH infrastructure, certificate management, and access control systems.
What they're looking for
- Analyze software to be installed on SpaceX systems for signs of malicious behavior.
- Bachelor's degree in cyber security, computer science, engineering,: information technology, or other STEM discipline; OR 2+ years of professional experience in information security in lieu of a degree.
- Experience with operating system internals for Linux, Windows, or macOS platforms.
- Experience with scripting including, but not limited to Bash, Python,: PowerShell, or other programming languages.
