What they're looking for
- Help teams identify useful automation opportunities, understand the process: they are changing, and decide when to reuse an existing solution, build themselves, or involve the Automation team.
- Own our monthly Dogfooding Day end-to-end, from planning and coordination through execution and follow-up.
- Design and run hackathons and other experimentation initiatives that: encourage teams to explore new ways of working with AI and automation.
- Turn learnings and outputs from these initiatives into reusable assets that help other teams move faster.
