What you'll do
Own complex communications plans, from strategy and planning through execution and analysis.
Advise leaders and partners bringing a deep understanding of the company: mission, strategy and culture as well as the needs and dynamics of the team(s) you support.
Support and execute team-wide and company-wide events (i.e. drafting: presentations and talking points, advising on event flow and structure, preparing speakers, etc.).
Proactively identify opportunities and build systems, including AI-enabled: tools and workflows, that uplevel and scale internal communications across a globally distributed, remote workforce.
Measure communications effectiveness using data, feedback, and: experimentation to drive continuous improvements.
Partner with Internal and External Communications teammates and: cross-functional partners to support proactive and reactive communications and coordinate internal issues and change management.
