The opportunity
Perplexity is seeking an Internal Communications Manager to build that function from the ground up. You will own how information moves through Perplexity.
What you'll do
Listen and learn across the company. Understand what’s happening, how, and: why in order to make sound recommendations on what should be amplified or addressed.
Run all-hands and executive content. Planning, execution, measurement, and evolution.
Internal storytelling. Turn strategy, launches, and hard decisions into: messages that bring clarity to every team.
Be the signal in noise. Cut through Slack sprawl. Establish the channels,: cadences, and norms that keep a fast company informed without drowning it.
Own change management. Deliver hard and easy news with equal clarity and: candor. Earn trust for the message and the messenger..
Protect the culture. Words set the tone. Make sure ours sound like us as we grow.
