What you'll do
Independently assess each internal applicant against the job requirements,: using discretion to determine if they are good fit for the role
Develop accurate job postings and descriptions, ensuring they properly reflect the needs of the role
Evaluate skills and qualifications of internal candidate and identify other: opportunities within the company that might be an appropriate fit
Lead and actively participate in interview debriefs
Counsel hiring managers to guide the best hiring decision for their team and the company
Analyze and consolidate interview feedback; package the feedback to internal: candidates in a constructive manner
What they're looking for
- Independently own the full relationship with internal candidates
- Develop strategies with recruiters and recruiting leaders to best service hiring managers
- Reject and disposition internal applicants within set recruiting SLAs and in a compliant manner
- Create new processes to bridge gaps between recruiting and HR to provide top: tier service to both internal candidates and the business
