What you'll do
Develop a deep understanding of Robinhood's business, financial model, and competitive landscape
Collaborate with the IR team and cross-functional partners across Finance,: Corporate Communications, and Legal on all aspects of the IR program
Manage the quarterly earnings and monthly metrics reporting processes end-to-end
Lead the creation of public disclosures, including the quarterly earnings: release and presentation and monthly metrics
Help prepare the CEO and CFO for quarterly earnings calls, including prepared remarks and Q&A
Lead ongoing IR marketing efforts and help prepare executives for investor conferences and non-deal roadshows
What they're looking for
- Participate in ongoing investor events, both executive-led and IR-led
- Independently lead one-on-one meetings with shareholders and analysts where relevant
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the investment community,: including buy-side investors, sell-side analysts, retail shareholders, and finance content creators
- Synthesize insights from shareholders and analysts to provide context for management decision-making
