The opportunity
We are looking for a Specialist in Know-Your-Business (KYB) to join our growing team. In this role, you will support functioning of key due diligence processes for corporate legal entities and Treasury counterparties, ensuring optimal risk governance and seamless operational support for our Treasury Front Office.
What you'll do
Learn and apply fundamental knowledge of regulatory requirements (GwG, KWG): and standard procedures related to KYB, TSY DD, EDD, and ODD processes.
Apply your experience with due diligence processes related to High-Risk: Customers (HRC) and Politically Exposed Persons (PEP).
Correctly apply established policies in each case assessment, maintaining a: clear understanding of compliance requirements to ensure quality work.
Contribute to the maintenance of the Service Level Agreement (SLA): Efficiently manage assigned cases, ensuring deadlines are met.
Showcase proficiency in using KYB tools and platforms (Salesforce, Dow Jones,: Factiva, Handelsregister, Transparenzregister) for efficient processing and management of complex corporate cases
Demonstrate your analytical and investigative skills to assess and mitigate: risks associated with High Risk customer profiles.
