The opportunity
We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Team Lead KYC EDD/ODD to oversee our Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) and Ongoing Due Diligence (ODD) teams across French and Italian Markets.
What you'll do
Lead the EDD and ODD Teams: Manage and mentor specialists, ensuring strong performance, engagement, and development.
Ensure Compliance & Quality: Oversee high-risk case reviews, quality checks, and escalations to maintain full compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
Optimize Processes: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and automation opportunities.
Collaborate Cross-Market: Work with other team leads and stakeholders to align on strategy, key priorities, and resource planning.
Drive Audit & Regulatory Readiness: Ensure documentation, procedures, and controls meet audit and regulatory expectations.
Support Vendor Collaboration: Partner with external providers to ensure consistent quality and timely completion of cases.
