What you'll do
Designing tailored deployment roadmaps and implementation strategies aligned with the customer's maturity.
Estimating project timelines, team structures, and overall professional: services effort to support commercial proposals.
Partnering with Account Executives and Value Engineers to translate business: cases into actionable deployment plans.
Drafting clear Statements of Work (SOW), defining project scope,: deliverables, assumptions, and acceptance criteria.
Aligning client expectations with operational feasibility to prevent post-sale scope creep.
Conduct business discovery workshops to translate customers’ strategic: objectives into high-impact Celonis use cases
What they're looking for
- Collaborate with the customer’s IT and business stakeholders to define: project scope, data requirements, and success criteria
- Ensure data connectivity and extraction pipelines are properly configured,: working with specialist resources if required
- Direct AI deployment agents to build data models, process analyses, KPIs, and: dashboards - writing clear specifications and validating agent outputs against business requirements – do we make this less of a must have?
- Build and configure Celonis solutions across the platform: Process Intelligence Graph, data transformations, process analysis, operational solutions, and AI-powered insights
