• Identify, develop and implement new approaches and processes across the: business, whilst mapping out recurring processes, and finding ways of simplifying/optimising them
• Collaborate closely with teams such as Culinary, Menu Planning, Analytics,: Procurement & Operations and Marketing
• Collaborate closely with International HelloFresh geographies ensuring synergies are found and leveraged
• A natural leader who can inspire and influence teams without formal: authority, driving alignment across stakeholders and functions
