What you'll do

  • Regional Impact: Drive excellence at the BU/Region level, contributing to team-level booking targets and consumption goals.

  • Complex Problem Solving: Navigate complex regional, regulatory, or market-specific complexities across multiple countries.

  • Mentorship: Coach and support junior Engagement Managers, acting as a go-to: resource for peers on complex projects.

  • Sales Strategy: Shape account strategy to align with client goals and lead the sales of complex Professional Services & Training (PS&T) offerings.

  • Strategic Relationships: Establish and maintain strategic relationships with senior customer stakeholders across multiple engagements.

  • + years of leadership experience in Professional Services.
