What you'll do
Lead and support a team of maintenance technicians and electricians
Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including:
phase power (208V, 240V, 480V)
Motors, VFDs, PLCs (Allen-Bradley/Rockwell preferred)
Control panels and instrumentation
Maintain and improve critical production equipment such as mixers, dosing: systems, cure systems, and inspection equipment
What they're looking for
- Support facility systems, including electrical distribution and HVAC (Daikin or similar systems)
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance (PM) and drive reliability improvements
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) to reduce downtime and improve system performance
- Ensure compliance with LOTO, OSHA, and NFPA 70E safety standards
