The opportunity

We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to own the future of the Lattice MCP (Model Context Protocol) server and the integrations that power Lattice AI. This is the connective layer that lets customers use Lattice performance data inside the AI tools they already work in…

What you'll do

  • Own the MCP and AI ecosystem strategy. Not only decide what features and: integrations to pursue, but what MCP and AI mean to Lattice and our customers. Become a thought leader on how AI should shape HR for the better.

  • Ship integrations that create leverage. Deliver new MCP tools, resources, and: third-party connectors that expand what admins, managers, and executives can do with Lattice data in the flow of work.

  • Build durable foundations, like authentication, agentic execution frameworks,: and evals that make future integrations faster, more scalable, and easier to adopt and maintain.

  • Be a technical thought partner to Engineering. Help shape technical direction: on MCP tool design and third party integration infrastructure, translating complex constraints into clear product decisions.

  • Drive go-to-market with partners. Partner with Partnerships, Product: Marketing, to launch integrations that deliver measurable customer and ecosystem impact.

  • Own outcomes. Influence and own key results across integration and MCP: adoption, reliability, activation, and ecosystem growth.

What they're looking for

  • + years of product management experience, with meaningful ownership of: integrations, platform, or ecosystem surfaces (built end-to-end, not just configured).
  • Direct experience building technical integrations in a multi-party ecosystem: — for example ad technology / marketing technology, marketplaces, developer platforms, payments, data connectivity, or similar — where partnership strategy shaped what you built.
  • Strong technical fluency: comfortable with third-party integration patterns, data sync and field mapping, webhooks, and auth/OAuth; you can hold a credible architecture conversation with engineers and partner CTOs.
  • A track record of shipping scalable, reliable integrations in partnership: with engineering, and of standing up partner or marketplace launches with go-to-market teams.
