What you'll do
Complete onboarding on RL2 software and L&D processes
Rename courses to pull through to reports effectively
Create simple courses within the training database
Assist with practical training sessions from an administration viewpoint
Build relationships with subject matter experts across the organisation
Develop OTJ courses per team matrix with priority given to Neutron teams and: those that intersect with Electron
What they're looking for
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify and document key competencies
- Use analytical and influencing skills to ensure only the most important: competency factors are included in each OTJ course
- Design intuitive and user-friendly course structures within RL2
- Support the implementation and rollout of new training courses
