What you'll do
Support new product & service launches related to state licensing and: reporting including money transmission, servicing/collections, lending, international expansion, etc.
Work cross-functionally with legal, public affairs, compliance, finance, tax: to meet regulatory licensing and reporting obligations
Maintain the central repository for licensing and reporting obligations for: new license types including workflows, regulatory guidance, etc.
Collaborate with Licensing team to interpret, prepare, and submit state: licensing annual reports, MSB call reports, and other regulatory obligations
Ensure timely regulatory filings, call out any licensing issues, supervise: ongoing regulatory obligations in licensing management tool
Lead ongoing preparation of renewal applications and other forms to be filed: in various licensing jurisdictions
What they're looking for
- Collaborate on NMLS licensing, reporting, and other regulatory filings
- Analyze and develop new processes, leveraging AI, to increase efficiency within the licensing program
- Assist Department in the research and build of licensing requirements into the licensing management tool
- Coordinate with senior leadership to fulfill ongoing state licensing requirements
