What you'll do
Review daily optimization reports and develop balanced, network-focused load schedules.
Contact customers to coordinate delivery appointments and maintain accurate: documentation of customer interactions within Salesforce.
Collaborate with dispatch, warehouse, and manufacturing teams to support: operational success and customer satisfaction.
Assign less-than-truckload (LTL) carriers based on availability, cost, and service performance.
Maintain accurate shipment information within the Transportation Management: System (TMS) to ensure timely and efficient load execution.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customer service teams, and other: stakeholders regarding schedules, shipment updates, and operational changes.
What they're looking for
- Experience with SAP, FourKites, BlueYonder, Salesforce, or other: transportation planning, visibility, or logistics platforms.
- Knowledge of full truckload (FTL), less-than-truckload (LTL), and multimodal transportation planning.
- Experience supporting transportation operations within a large-scale distribution or supply chain network.
