What you'll do
Inspects, troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains pumps, generators, conveyors,: motors, gearboxes, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and other industrial equipment.
Performs preventive and corrective maintenance on cranes, diesel generators,: hydraulic systems, power distribution equipment, and other facility machinery.
Maintains and repairs roll-up doors, sectional doors, dock levelers, and associated mechanical systems.
Diagnoses equipment malfunctions and performs adjustments, alignment,: lubrication, and replacement of components such as belts, chains, bearings, shafts, pulleys, and other mechanical parts.
Uses diagnostic tools and equipment to identify mechanical, hydraulic,: pneumatic, and electrical issues and determine appropriate corrective actions.
Reads and interprets mechanical drawings, blueprints, schematics, equipment: manuals, and technical documentation to support maintenance, repair, and installation activities.
What they're looking for
- Performs welding, cutting, fabrication, and other maintenance-related repairs as required.
- Assists with equipment installations, modifications, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Maintains accurate maintenance records, work orders, service reports,: inspection documentation, and inventory records.
- Coordinates with other maintenance personnel, contractors, and: cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues efficiently.
