What you'll do
Recruit and manage a team of skilled technicians and tradespeople to maintain: XL autonomous underwater vehicles.
Establish forward operating facilities and infrastructure for the conduct of test and maintenance activities.
Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans and schedules.
Guide the development of maintenance documentation, including manuals,: standard practices and parts catalogues (in a Tech. environment).
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality control procedures.
Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
What they're looking for
- Collaborate with the Fleet Engineering team to improve equipment reliability and maintainability.
- Analyze maintenance data and key metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and manage maintenance budgets, including forecasting and cost control.
- Coordinate with supply chain management to ensure availability of spare parts and materials.
