What you'll do
Lead day-to-day maintenance operations including preventive maintenance: execution, breakdown response, and equipment improvement projects
Enforce safety standards across the crew, including PPE compliance,: lockout/tagout procedures, permit-to-work requirements, and job safety analysis completion
Partner with the Production Supervisor to coordinate maintenance activities,: communicate equipment status, and manage escalations during downtime events
Work with the Maintenance Planner to ensure PMs are scheduled and completed on time
Hold the crew accountable for complete and accurate work order documentation: including notes, photos, parts used, and labor hours
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide direct, constructive: feedback; recognize achievement and address areas for improvement
