Redwood is localizing a global battery supply chain that seamlessly integrates recovery, reuse, and recycling — keeping critical minerals in circulation and driving the energy transition. Founded in 2017, we’re delivering low-cost and large-scale energy storage and producing battery materials in the U.

What you'll do

  • Lead day-to-day maintenance operations including preventive maintenance: execution, breakdown response, and equipment improvement projects

  • Enforce safety standards across the crew, including PPE compliance,: lockout/tagout procedures, permit-to-work requirements, and job safety analysis completion

  • Partner with the Production Supervisor to coordinate maintenance activities,: communicate equipment status, and manage escalations during downtime events

  • Work with the Maintenance Planner to ensure PMs are scheduled and completed on time

  • Hold the crew accountable for complete and accurate work order documentation: including notes, photos, parts used, and labor hours

  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide direct, constructive: feedback; recognize achievement and address areas for improvement
