What you'll do
Provide tier 2+ support for escalated requests and incidents related to: Anduril’s Corporate Technology services and infrastructure.
Monitor network and system health, respond to alerts, and ensure high: availability and performance of critical services.
Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise networking systems,: datacenter infrastructure, and cloud-based environments.
Collaborate with engineering teams to perform system maintenance, upgrades,: and replacements across Corporate Technology infrastructure.
Identify recurring issues and patterns, proposing and implementing automation: to reduce manual workloads and improve response times.
Create and maintain detailed documentation, runbooks, and SOPs for troubleshooting and operational workflows.
