What you'll do
Lead all maintenance activities with a strong commitment to safety,: environmental compliance, and operational discipline.
Enforce compliance with all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory: requirements, including electrical safety, lockout/tagout, confined space entry, and energized work practices.
Promote a strong safety culture by identifying hazards, addressing unsafe: conditions, and reinforcing safe behaviors across the maintenance team.
Lead, coach, and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, providing clear: direction, support, and accountability.
Develop team capability through the job coaching, mentoring, and reinforcement of standard work practices.
Facilitate effective communication and work handoff between shifts to ensure: continuity of maintenance activities and priorities.
What they're looking for
- Ensure equipment reliability to maximize production uptime and minimize unplanned downtime.
- Plan, prioritize, and execute corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance activities.
- Establish, execute, and continuously improve preventive maintenance programs: to optimize asset performance and extend equipment life.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a maintenance leadership or supervisory: role within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
