- JD and active membership in at least one U.S. state bar
- Experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, SaaS agreements, or technology transactions
- Demonstrated people management experience, including hiring, developing, and: leading attorneys or legal professionals
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to: translate legal concepts for non-lawyer stakeholders
