What you'll do
Coordinate and oversee installation, inspection, and repair of facility: equipment including HVAC, plumbing, fire/life safety, UPS systems, PDU, switchgear, generators, and cooling infrastructure.
Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting of: systems to ensure continuous operation and regulatory compliance.
Manage employees, vendors and contractors, ensuring work meets site: requirements and deadlines, including proper documentation and adherence to escalation protocols.
Maintain logs, equipment manuals, SOPs, and other technical documentation related to the facility’s operation.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, including hazardous material: handling and emergency response protocols.
Monitor BMS/DCIM tools and provide escalation and resolution for alarms or issues.
What they're looking for
- Support internal teams on deployments, installations, and service requests: related to the physical infrastructure.
- Serve as the escalation point for after-hours facility events and critical incidents.
- Train and mentor junior staff on standard operating procedures and safety protocols.
- to 10 years of experience in mission-critical environments such as data: centers, hospitals, or high-availability industrial facilities.
