What you'll do
Lead, coach, and develop a team of HRIS Specialists by building technical: depth through cross-training, documentation, and shared ownership across Workday functional areas
Evolve the team's operating model, including project intake, prioritization,: sprint planning, capacity planning, and release management
Manage work across internal HRIS team members and external implementation: partners, balancing quality, speed, and cost
Provide governance and technical oversight for Workday configuration, while: contributing hands-on configuration for complex, high-impact, or business-critical initiatives
Partner closely with People, Payroll, IT, Finance, and other cross-functional: teams to understand business needs and deliver integrated solutions
Identify opportunities to improve processes, automate manual work, and: increase operational efficiency across the systems ecosystem
What they're looking for
- Evaluate emerging technologies and features, including AI-enabled: capabilities, and recommend solutions that enhance the employee and people team experience
- Contribute to the evolution of our broader technology ecosystem by ensuring: Workday integrates effectively with the systems that support our Figmates
- + years in HRIS or People Technology, with deep expertise in Workday: configuration across HCM, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Absence, and Integrations
- Proven success leading and developing high-performing HRIS or People Technology teams
