What you'll do

  • Lead and develop a team of material flow engineers, providing direction,: mentorship, and performance management.

  • Define and execute material flow strategies aligned with production, logistics, and business goals.

  • Drive continuous improvement culture across material flow and warehouse operations.

  • Oversee the design and implementation of material flow processes, storage: systems, and line-side delivery solutions.

  • Ensure efficient and scalable material movement across factory and sub-assembly lines.

  • Optimize layouts, storage concepts, and flow strategies to support volume ramp-up and new program launches.

What they're looking for

  • Partner closely with logistics, manufacturing, production planning, warehouse: operations, and equipment design teams.
  • Align on operational requirements and ensure seamless execution of material flow solutions.
  • Act as a key interface between engineering and operations.
  • Deploy performance tracking tools (KPIs, audits, dashboards) to monitor material flow efficiency.
