What you'll do
Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical wiring, circuits, panels, and: equipment • Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems and machinery • Install electrical components such as switches, VCU , BCM , and control systems • Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams • Test electrical systems using meters, testers, and diagnostic tools • Ensure compliance with local and national electrical codes • Document repairs, parts used, and maintenance activities • Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and other technicians • Respond to emergency repair requests and perform on call duties when required • Maintain tools, equipment, and a safe working environment • Trim -DE trim Cars in readiness to fit or remove electrical components.
Proven experience in electrical repair • Strong knowledge of electrical: systems, components, and safety procedures • Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams • Proficiency with electrical testing tools and repair equipment • Strong problem solving and diagnostic skills • Ability to work independently and in a team • Good communication and reporting skills • Low Voltage & High voltage knowledge is preferable
Experience in industrial or commercial electrical systems • Knowledge of: PLCs, control panels, or automation systems • Physical & Work Requirements • Ability to lift up to 20–25 kg • Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, or in varying temperatures • Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods • Willingness to work overtime or on call shifts when needed
Technical diploma or certification in Electrical Technology or related: field • 2–5 years of experience in automotive manufacturing or similar repair/ production environment.
