What you'll do
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of data scientists and: analytics engineers; operate as a player-coach who stays hands-on in the code and ships real work alongside the team
Foster a culture of technical excellence, strong business judgment,: experimentation, and clear accountability across the team
Lead Robinhood's NPS program end to end: survey design, sampling and weighting, key driver analysis, verbatim analysis, and executive reporting
Oversee the broader survey and research portfolio, including safety: perception, brand/product sentiment, benchmarking, and trend tracking
Make agentic workflows the default operating model. Build durable shared: infrastructure so the team can delegate analysis, pipelines, QA, and recurring reporting to agents
Drive both sides of the analytics stack: rigorous data science (measurement, experimentation, modeling) and the analytics engineering foundation (pipelines, tooling, data models)
What they're looking for
- Partner closely with Finance, Product, Engineering, Operations, and other: cross-functional teams to translate complex business questions into scalable, trustworthy analytics
- Represent Finance & Strategy Data Science in leadership forums and help shape: how Robinhood leverages data and AI for strategic decision-making
