Manager, Project Management (Security Technology)
What you'll do
Lead and develop a high-performing team of project managers and technical: specialists across EMEA, providing coaching, performance management, and career development.
Own the EMEA physical security technology roadmap , setting multi-year: strategic priorities aligned to business growth, risk posture, and budget.
Drive portfolio-level delivery across all concurrent programs (access: control, video surveillance, intrusion detection), ensuring on-time, on-budget, and compliant execution.
Serve as the senior stakeholder interface , translating technical security: needs into clear business cases for regional general managers, legal, data privacy, and finance partners.
Manage vendor strategy and partnerships , overseeing contract negotiation,: partner selection, SLA governance, and performance management for key technology providers.
Ensure regional regulatory compliance across EMEA markets, maintaining: adherence to BS EN 50133, ISO 27001, GDPR, and local security installation regulations.
What they're looking for
- Significant experience in people management , with a proven track record of: leading, developing, and retaining project managers or technical teams across diverse geographies.
- Strong understanding of physical security technology portfolios , with: demonstrated experience owning regional or multi-country delivery outcomes and strategic direction.
- Deep technical expertise across physical security systems (such as Video: Surveillance, Access Control, Intrusion Detection, and Door Hardware), with the ability to guide technical decisions and hold vendors accountable.
- Proven capability in budget ownership and program management , including: managing multi-million-pound program budgets, capital planning, and utilizing portfolio-level tooling (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, Asana).
