  • Drive Ad & Content Testing Cycles: Act as the primary research partner to our brand team and creative agency. • Synthesize Insight & Support Narratives: Partner directly with marketing leadership to deliver ongoing narrative and data-storytelling support for always-on investments. You will look beyond basic statistics to deliver quarterly brand report hygiene checks, bi-annual competitor benchmarking, and "one-pager hit lists" that translate complex data into executive-ready recommendations.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Marketing Ops, Product Marketing (PMM), and Data Analytics to integrate research data into broader dashboards and cross-functional planning calendars.

  • Technical Mastery: Hands-on, advanced proficiency with survey platforms such as Qualtrics for survey programming, workflow design, and data cleaning. Experience with additional research platforms like Great Question and modern data systems is highly desirable.
  • Strong Communication: Strong data storytelling and synthesis capabilities. You don't just hand over data points; you craft clear, relevant deliverables tailored to stakeholder needs that connect research directly to business outcomes.
  • Autonomy & Complexity: Comfortable navigating ambiguity, running projects autonomously with some coaching, and managing multiple timelines.
  • Future-Ready Mindset: Organized, process-driven, and actively engaged with how AI literacy and emerging tools are reshaping modern research operations.
  • Camaraderie: Day to day you can be seen working together toward a higher purpose. You like to have fun. You’re an active listener, treat people respectfully, and have a strong desire to know and help others.
  • Openness - Your default is to be open. You're willing to share information,: understand other perspectives, and consider new possibilities. You’re curious, ask open questions, and are receptive to thoughts and feedback from others.
