What you'll do
Service institutional clients by managing operational tasks, developing and: executing operational processes in support of our clients' needs, and performing transaction reviews and approvals.
Develop familiarity with all of our product and service offerings, gaining a: deep understanding of product features and supported cryptocurrencies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Client Experience, Sales,: Compliance, and Product, to develop operational solutions for complex client requests.
Participate in regular evening and weekend on-call rotations.

What they're looking for

- Experience: Supporting operational needs of institutional clients in a: financial services setting, with familiarity with US Anti-Money Laundering (“AML”) requirements.
- Industry Knowledge: Maintain a working understanding of how institutional clients (e.g., VCs, Sovereign Wealth Funds, PE firms) operate in the crypto custody space.
