• Communicate with electrical and mechanical equipment vendors, design engineers, clients, and subcontractors.

What they're looking for

• Procure electrical and mechanical subcontracts and equipment, managing: contracts and deliverables from bid solicitation through contract award.
• Coordinate equipment submittals and assist with electrical, mechanical, and: overall construction cost estimates.
• Support commercial projects within core markets, ensuring effective coordination and execution.
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering,: construction management, relevant field, or relevant experience.
