What you'll do
Own the experience of our iOS and Android mobile apps, including guiding the: adaptation of desktop features to mobile
Pair closely with mobile engineers and product leads to initiate and complete: mobile-specific projects, no hand-offs
Take opportunities to redesign or refine key screens and flows, as well as: smaller quality issues and “paper cuts” as you use Linear
Create mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals to communicate ideas and describe their execution
Guide and inspire fellow designers through collaborative critique of: work-in-progress across both mobile and desktop platforms
Use and improve our lightweight design system components
What they're looking for
- Help with hiring new teammates that can elevate our team and product
- + years experience designing software, with mobile-specific emphasis
